You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Floyd, aka Pink Floyd, is a sweet gentle boy that needs a bit of extra love and care. He loves his people and as soon as you sit down, he will have his head in your lap or resting on your knee. Floyd seems to be a bit insecure and has problems staying alone in the house. He barks. He can be gated in a room or even crated and does fine as long as he knows you are around somewhere. But when left completely alone he will bark, and bark, and bark. His current foster mom has tried a few things to change that behavior but the tenants below are not willing to wait any longer. Floyd walks well on a leash but is nervous over new noises and neighborhoods and will stop walking and not move when confronted with a new situation. He has met other dogs that live downstairs and he did get along with two of the three; the third one is not dog-friendly. Maybe having a companion would do him good and help him feel more secure, but that is unknown at this time. He is a work in progress. Floyd does need to finish up with a rabies vaccination, microchip implant and neuter soon. He was too weak and frail for all that when he first came into rescue.
