Petunia is a surrendered breeding dog from a puppy mill. She will need additional time, patience and TLC. She is currently in a foster home where she has started learning proper pet etiquette and how much better life is as a pampered pet. She will need a home with someone that is experienced in rehabilitation of puppy mill breeders or someone with the patience to learn.
