Fergie is a little Corgi girl who came to the shelter on 5/13 as a stray. A nice family took her in and posted her on facebook looking for her family but no one called or came by to claim her. So she was delivered to the shelter to find her a home and keep her safe. She's probably around 9 years old and weighs around 35lbs. She doesn't hear or see very well. She's a little cranky and her bones must hurt because she does not like to be picked up. She will walk on a leash to go outside to potty. Due to her age she probably needs to be an only dog and in a home with no small children. The story being told about Fergie is that she has been homeless for a long time. Sad to think she's been all alone out there for so long. She needs a home with a nice comfy bed, food and love. Anyone have a heart for an older dog?
