BACKGROUND: Say hello to Zeus! Zeus was brought to MARL in April in terrible shape--he was extremely matted, underweight, covered in sores, and both of his ears were severely infected. Fast forward to today, and Zeus looks and feels like a million bucks! Now that he's on the road to recovery, he's leaning what it means to be a dog and has discovered that he loves going for car rides, getting lots of scratches, taking naps on comfy dog beds and playing with all manner of toys. Zeus is looking for someone special who will help him continue to blossom into the awesome dog he was meant to be, could it be you?

COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Zeus has the potential to get along with other dogs. Zeus would do best in a home without cats and with children 15 years or older.

MEDICAL NEEDS: Zeus has hip dysplasia that does not require surgery at this time. This condition should be monitored by you and your veterinarian.
