Dipper is a 1 year old neutered male Maltese. He is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. 8 to 10 pounds.

Dipper came from a puppy mill situation and lived in a wire kennel is entire life. So he is just learning to be a normal dog. He is timid and will need a patient owner. Probably due best in a home without young children. He is working on crate and house training but will need a family dedicated to helping him with this. He must have a fenced yard to keep him safe. His adoption fee is $125.00
