Our sweet American Cocker Spaniel, Cupid, needs a new home. We are completely heartbroken by this decision, but we feel it's in her best interests in order to provide her the life she deserves. Cupid will be 7 years old on July 13th. She is an incredibly sweet and friendly pup, but as she is aging, she's become less patient with children. Now that we have our own child, we can't give her the attention she needs due to our inability to trust her around him. Cupid suffers from lifelong ear infections and skin allergies. We are looking for a home for her that will be able to continue providing once every other day ear cleaning and get her allergy shot administered once every 12 weeks at the vet. She will thrive best in a home without children and with another dog for companionship (if her family is unable to be with her during the day). She suffers from separation anxiety, but is completely at ease with the company of our second dog when we aren't home. She means so much to our family.
