My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Jack. I am about 4 yrs old, male, and a cocker spaniel that was rescued from a mean old man that kept me outside and wouldn't feed me. My hair was so matted up and flea infested that my body was in torment from the mats pulling my skin. I'm all clean and groomed and I'm neutered and up to date on all shots and heartworm free. My nickname around the house is shadow because I want to follow you everywhere. I am a very easy to manage dog. I love toys and treats. I put up with the other dogs but would do better in a calmer house. I am older and set in my ways I want my new owner all to myself. I hate to be left alone for long periods of time and will cry so I am looking for someone who has the time to spend with me. I am a little wary of men so I think the best home for me would be a nice lady that wants a loving companion to watch TV or go for a walk with.
