Pepper is a sweet, loving dog who needs a home. She is about 5 years old but still has a lot of playful energy. She loves to go to the park and run around. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She has a scar on her back, but the adoption agency doesn't know how this happened. I have to relocate during rough times, and I cannot take her with me. She is the best dog for a family, but will be your best friend if you are alone as well.
