My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Picture this: Two fabulous feline sisters whose kids have flown the nest, are looking to downsize, and embark on a new, exciting journey - preferably with you as their partner in crime! They're inseparable - sharing secrets, cuddles, and a love for long naps in the sun.

Oh, and did we mention Bereet tested positive for FIV? But fear not, because this brave kitty can still lead a fabulously long and furry life, all while hanging out with FIV-negative friends. Visit www.ruffpatches.org/adoptions to learn more or to apply!

Ready to welcome these charming sisters into your heart and home? Slide on over to www.ruffpatches.org/adoptions to find out more, or to apply to adopt these lovable ladies. And if you're curious about living the FIV-positive "purr-spective", check out https://www.ruffpatches.org/post/a-fiv-result-now-what for more info!

More about this rescue

Ruff Patches empowers Los Angeles area pet owners to keep their pets and help stem the flow of animals entering the City and County shelter systems and nonprofit rescue organizations.

Many issues could be remedied if pet owners had access to relevant information before obtaining their pet, access to additional education about pet care and to resources such as low cost spay/neuter, behaviorists, etc. Ruff Patches will connect pet owners considering relinquishment of their pet to the resources they need to address their individual situation, with the goal of keeping the pet in its original home or, if necessary, finding a new appropriate placement.
