My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JoJo is the sweetest and smartest girl! She loves belly rubs, treats, and long walks. JoJo has the most expressive face – you can always tell what she is thinking! She is very affectionate, loving to cuddle and give lots of kisses. JoJo’s life got off to a rocky start: after being purchased from a breeder, she was put in an outdoor kennel for the first 3 years of her life without any socialization or training. Her foster mom has been hard at work helping her learn new skills like leash manners and doggy social skills, but JoJo needs adopters who will continue to work with her on training so that she can continue to develop into the well behaved, friendly, happy girl we know she can be!

Currently, JoJo is crate, leash, and potty trained. She is good in the car and loves to play with her people! She is curious about her kitty siblings but shows no aggression towards them. Her ideal home is one with people willing to give her daily walks or a large fenced in yard. She is still working on her manners, especially jumping, so she is not recommended for a home with young children at this time. JoJo needs slow introductions with other dogs but is dog friendly!
