IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING THIS MOTHER AND DAUGHTER DUO, PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO READ ABOUT THE ADOPTION PROCESS AND FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION. www.furkidrescue.org
These two were abandoned in a business parking lot and never left for a week. The workers fed them while calling around to find a rescue to help them.
They had a rough start when they first came into our care. The mama had to have mammary tumors removed, and while she was feeding herself in the streets she ate a corn cob, which became lodged in her intestines. She had to have emergency surgery to have it removed, as it made her very sick- along with 2 blood transfusions!! On top of that, they are also recovering from Babesia. It doesn’t seem like they can catch a break- but we hope they will soon and find a family that will welcome both of them!
