This gorgeous boy needs a special foster or adopter. Roscoe was rescued in Afghanistan by the wonderful organization Nowzad and Roscoe is in Brooklyn now looking for his forever home !

He's great on leash and needs someone who can walk him several times a day.
He does not need a yard. Roscoe would most likely jump a six foot fence and he cannot be let out without a leash or unattended.

Roscoe can be wary of new people and he needs a quiet home with no other pets and a dedicated, patient person to follow through with training and positive reinforcement.
