Hello every one my name is Penelope (or Penny ,just like a Luck penny) I'm a very sensitive soul, I was rescue from San Bernardino Animal Shelter, as was described as fearful, who would't be that was a scary place, I needed a angel rescue to came to save me, and TLC Beagles Rescue did, they were able to see the infinity of posiblities if some one take the time to get to know me better, give me time to decompress, help me build my self seetm so I can stand on my own 4 paws.
I was able to learn to trust people, and how to behave in a home enviroment, play with other dogs, my foser mom attach a little video of me an my many foster brothers and sisters, is been a long road, but now I ready to start a new chapter in my life, I love to play, but I love more to be at your side (preferably on your lap), I'm up to date on all my vaccines, spay, microchip, crate train, potty train,
my special need is: A person or family willing to take time to let me get to know them and open up to them, but I give my word one I give my heart and trust Is forever.
I do well in a more peaceful and quiet environment, with a couple or a home with older young adults, I
