Spooky is a sweet girl in need of a loving home. Spookie and Stevie are looking to ge re homed after their mom in her mid 50s with un diagnosed diabetes passed away unexpectedly. Both Spooky and Stevie were with their owner Karen for two days before police were called for a welfare check. Spooky and Stevie were understandably afraid but quickly warmed up to neighbors who volunteered to feed them while things were sorted out. The building manager reached out to the now fosters since she knew they were animal lovers to see if we could help, so they contacted Fur Angels Rescue for adoption help.
About Spooky: She is between 3-4 and has been fully vetted. She is spayed, completely healthy, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. She is initially a little more outgoing and curious and will do anything for treats! She loves cuddles but on her terms. Cuddles on her head are always welcomed but her lower back is usually off limits. She’s very loving as well and loves rubbing up on your legs. She’s good with other cats but would be best with cats that aren’t too active. She’s very laid back and loves hanging out in boxes. She hasn’t caused any damage and keeps her scratching to her boxes.
Spooky and Steve are black with yellow eyes breed named after the Indian city that the black panther calls home, the Bombay was developed from a sable Burmese and American Shorthair cat. The breed is instantly recognizable by her solid black coat and striking yellow eyes.
