Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PARKER is a 38-year-old spayed female black lab. Parker weighs 38 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
DESCRIPTION PARKER is a sweet little girl who found herself ending up as a stray to an area shelter. She is a sweet girl who loves attention from her humans. It has been said that she has not met a person that she did not like and will wag her tail a mile a minute, (hence, a happy tail). Parker was a little nervous meeting a pack of resident dogs at her foster home, but that is sort of expected. After only a little correction and adjustment, Parker has done well in the home with the gang. She is exploring the house and has been respectful of the senior girl. Parker's play is limited now due to her recent spay but she does go outside in the backyard with the gang. She has slept well in her crate and did so even with her cone (e-collar) on (after her spay). She does pull on leash so work in that area will need to be done. Routine at her foster home is to be fed in her crate. Parker, who has a great appetite, is a little wary when she has her bowl of food and a dog is too close to her crate -- but otherwise does great. More to come as she is allowed more freedom after her spay!
This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP.
