My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Popeye is a 12 year old jewel who was abandoned at a local shelter. He is actually a color headed white as his head is black and his white coat has three black spots. He is neutered, small (a little overweight), and a really fun guy to have around. When you talk to him, he dances and spins slow circles. He gets along with other dogs, wags his tail for everyone he sees and just enjoys life. What a precious fellow!!!
