This helps Rock-a-Bully and Friends Rescue with pet care costs.
Maya is a stunning 3-4 year old Pitbull mix who was found roaming the woods, heavily pregnant, and very malnourished. She gave birth to 9 pups on Feb 18, 2020. All her puppies have been adopted and she has been patiently waiting for her forever home!
Maya is a fun and silly girl who will do best with an experienced handler and in an active home (plenty of walks and/or fetch). She's pretty high energy, but loves to snuggle as well. She's great with confident dogs with proper introductions, but tends to take advantage of nervous or insecure dogs. Maya does not live with children currently, but has shown to be great with kids 5+ when she's been around them. However, she can be mouthy when excited so we recommend kids over 8 years old as she means no harm. No cats.
Maya is spayed, current on vaccines and monthly prevention, microchipped and heartworm negative.
If interested in adopting her please visit www.rockabullyaf.org for the application and more information on our adoption process.
