***ADOPTION PENDING*** Hi, I'm Cotton! I am a friendly, agile, 1 to 2 year old spayed female Brittany / border collie mix (~ 50 lb). I enjoy walks and I'm good on my leash. I love to play with other dogs and I'm not dominant. I do follow the lead of others, both for good behavior and bad. I'm energetic because I'm young but would enjoy keeping your couch company while I rest! Because of my age and wanting to be with family, I will not do well being alone for long periods. I like car rides, though if I get nervous I might try to get up front with you. I am working on crate training – I sleep in my crate at night with the door open, but in a perfect world would prefer sleeping with the humans! Because I'm very interested in small animals, I would do better in a house without cats and with a fenced yard. I have not been child tested. I am on prescription meds for seasonal allergies, which is important so I don't scratch my ears. I am UTD on vaccinations, heartworm negative, on flea/tick prevention, and housebroken (just walk me soon after I eat). To apply to adopt visit  www.handsofhoperescue.com/adoptapp .
