Hi everyone, Daisy B here. I am a sweet senior girl at the young age of 9 years old looking for my forever home after my previous owners surrendered me to the local shelter :0( No worries though I was quickly rescued and placed into my current loving home. I have lots of hound brothers and sisters here and I am a dignified old lady not willing to share much so Mom & Dad think it would be best for me to go to a home with one other dog or where I could be QUEEN all by myself (Dad calls me Alpha :0) I love kids, who wouldn't, just more one on one love for me. I am a typical Basset girl and love to be a lap hound and beg for treats...smart is what I call it. I am UTD on all vaccinations, HW tested negative & on monthly preventative and altered. Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.



We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
