My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brixley came into our local high kill shelter emaciated, heartworm positive and with a chain on his neck. We do not know his story previous to the shelter but he was adopted into a home with kids and was a very happy boy. However, he doesn't get along with other dogs and had to be returned. Rather than euthanizing him, we put him into an only pet foster home where they have had nothing but good things to say, brixley is a very petit loyal pittie who would be a great companion for a family without other pets. hes kennel trained, housebroken. non destructive. loves belly rubs. very tolerant. knows basic commands and has been treated for heartworms and recovered great. We are firm believers in second chances, for Brixley this is chance number 3. lets find him his forever. he truly deserves it
