We rescued Zumo as a kitten from a shelter and have had him for 4 years. He loves playing hide-and-seek in his tunnels, jumping onto his cat shelves and sleeping in his cat tower. He also loves to play with his bug wand and with his puzzle box. Though he is not the warmest cat, he will always come up to you before bedtime for nightly mashing to get head rubs.
We've recently moved into a home in a new area and didn't realize how many stray/feral cats that roam around and even into our backyard (the lady across the street allows her cats to roam freely). Because of this, it has increased his anxiety quite a bit and we've noticed new behaviors like marking in the house. He had never done this at our previous residences since we lived in apartments. Since moving into a one-story home where other cats are present outside, it has increased his stress levels.
We would like to rehome him to a loving family/individual that can give him attention and the care that he needs.
