Hi, I’m MONTY!

I’m a 5 year old, almost 100-pound happy Catahoula Leopard Mix lovebug that just happens to be deaf and partially blind.

I love going for car rides, enjoy sun-bathing and meal times, and can sleep anywhere.

I’m good with other dogs and even cats, but I need to go to a home without children under 10 or children who have lived with a deaf dog before.

Although I know sign language and know my commands very well, I am looking for a family that understands there will be a few things that need to be done differently. The rescue is happy to help and teach my new family the simple things that are needed to make life easier with deaf dogs.

I’m already neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines.
