Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Last June, I learned from a family member that there was a family that had a pet that they needed to surrender. I agreed to take Jack in immediately. He is wonderful in so many ways, but he suffers from anxiety and although I've had him assessed and he is now on medication, his barking at small noises caused by the busy apartment complex has made it impossible for me to continue to keep him in my residence.
Jack would do well in a single family home, with a lot of room to run, (with a fence), where he can chase squirrels and blowing leaves. He is afraid of children so if any young ones visit on a regular basis, there needs to be a safe and secure place where Jack can be by himself. He loves other dogs and must get to know each adult before accepting them into his pack. 😊
Jack-
Is a rescue and best guess for age is 2 years, 8 months old and he is 27 lbs.
Loves to cuddle and fetch.
Loves a good long hike and "brain games".
Can attach to more than one adult in the home.
