: Hi, I'm Purell! After 5 years of life as a breeding dog I found retirement with rescue, I am ready to start enjoying life as a part of your family. I am very docile and affectionate and very gentle. I have excellent house manners, do not jump on anyone, and am house trained. I follow all my foster humans around, especially foster dad and mom, and they call me their chocolate shadow. I love going on walks and have excellent leash manners. I don't pull at all, and even my 7 year old foster brother can easily walk me. I love kids and other dogs of all sizes. I must admit, I am a bit of a couch potato and love long naps and spend most of my days relaxing and getting snuggles. I know I would make an excellent addition to your home and would love to meet you!
Purell is UTD on vaccinations, is microchipped, dewormed, given flea and tick prevention and has been fixed. This furbaby is currently being fostered in Downers Grove, IL and would love to find a furever home! If you can't adopt, please consider a donation care made directly to the rescue via paypal or contact us at info@rescuewarriorscorp.org. We will do our best to respond to any and all requests and contacts as soon as possible, but we are a 100% volunteer run rescue. It is great because that means we can keep our adoption prices low because we are not paying salaries, but all of our volunteers do have families and "real" jobs in order to support our passion of saving animals from euthanasia often just days or hours before they are scheduled to be put to sleep. That being said, one of us are going to do our best to contact via email or by phone within 48 hours of any inquiry. It is not uncommon that when you have made the decision to add to your family and committing to adopting a rescue dog that you are very excited, we just ask that you be patient with us.
