This sweet boy needs a foster or forever home. He has been in an out of homes and failed by people due to neglect. He is underweight, missing patches of hair, and is hw positive. Rango will need a home that is willing to follow his medication regimen, give him time and love to overcome his past, no cats, children above 5, female dogs only with proper introduction.
