Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tabitha comes from a farm colony of cats. She was removed with many other siblings and relatives last fall. She has been one of the very friendliest that adjusted to relocation very quickly. She is happy and inquisitive, loves to hang around to see 'what's going on'. She enjoys attention and will be an excellent family addition. I am advising that she be adopted by an experienced cat lover, or someone with good patience and time to bring her up to speed as a family companion. She gets lots of attention with us, but needs that one-on-one love to make her perfect. You will be asked to complete an adoption application.
C.A.T. Rescue does our best to get these babies off to a good start. As much time as needed is spent helping them gain good health. Many had stray moms struggling to survive. We do our best to treat and rid kittens of intestinal parasites, coccidia, giardia, upper respiratory, as well as ear mites, fleas. All adoptables are spayed and neutered and up to date on shots as their age permits. Most 4 month olds will be complete on all boosters and vaccinations. Kittens are not routinely tested individually for felv/fiv. If they were received as babies with mother, she is tested and you will be given her results. All medical records for each kitten will be provided with their adoption.
C.A.T. Rescue is not a shelter, we are foster based. We showcase our adoptable pets at adoption events most weekends at many locations such as PetSmart. Appointments can be made to meet and greet our cats and kittens at other times. Visit and like our Facebook page for event schedules or contact us at CatAlliesofTexas@gmail.com.
Cat Allies of Texas Rescues' mission is focused on cats of Comal county. Our vision is to keep cats out of shelters, place adoptable cats and kittens in a home, reduce stray and feral populations through TNR. Help colony caregivers manage and care for their cats. C.A.T. Rescue will offer, when possible, humane assistance to all animals in need.
