My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eddie Dupin is named in honor of one of our amazing dogs who sadly lost his battle with cancer the day before we rescued Eddie. We love you Poe.

Eddie was let down by his people when he was dumped in someone's yard. Luckily for Eddie, this lady reached out for rescue help and we scooped him up right away. Eddie is approx 1.5 years old, and is as sweet as pie! He loves people and is so happy to finally be safe with us - he knows we will take care of him forever.

Eddie is doing amazingly well health wise. He has put on much needed weight, and is getting ready for his neuter. Along the way we have learned that Eddie does well with other dogs of both sexes. He shows signs of resource guarding (most likely from being starved) but his foster is working diligently to nip this in the bud. Going forward Eddie will need a home with strong leadership to make sure he continues on the right path!
