Cairns was born on 2/1/2020 and is almost 8 weeks old. He lives in a foster home with his brother Brisbane, two cats, a dog, and a child. He does great with everyone he meets and is a happy puppy.
He likes to play, be near you, be held and loved on and when he is ready for a nap he will get in your lap. He sleeps through the night and loves a good nap. He is doing great with potty training.
He is ready to start on his new adventure in his forever home. So if you are ready for an adorable, sweet puppy, then you will want to meet Cairns. This pup has not yet been altered and requires an extra $100 spay/neuter deposit. JCAPL will pay for the procedure at a partner clinic and once completed, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter. However, a non-local adopter is required to pay for the spay/neuter at their own veterinarian by a specific date. After proof of the procedure is provided, $50 of the adoption fee will be refunded with the deposit.
Are you interested in adopting this puppy or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application.
