My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mr. Fluff!

This stunning orange and white tabby kitty is approximately 2 years old. He was a stray who knew whose doorstep to find. The nice lady fostering him leads a Facebook page that promotes adoptions from rural shelters in south Georgia. She would love to keep this loving boy but she already has many cats that she has rescued. She currently has to let Mr. Fluff take turns with her other cats for time in the house and time on the screened porch. Mr. Fluff does not like other cats because he wants his human all to himself. Mr. Fluff stays close by his foster mom whether it’s sitting on her lap while watching a movie or taking a walk in the yard. Mr. Fluff wants to be an inside cat but more than anything he wants his own person or family to love.

This amazing, beautiful, lovable kitty is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped. Mr. Fluff has everything going for him EXCEPT he tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). This does not mean he can’t live a happy normal life. He is healthy and the virus may never progress any further.

Mr. Fluff is not contagious to humans or dogs. The virus can only be transmitted to other cats through a deep bite wound which normally happens during mating or when unneutered males fight over territory or females.

Mr. Fluff wants to say “DON‘T be afraid of me, even though I’m positive for FIV; I’m a healthy boy who intends to live a very long time, LOVING the person who adopts me”.

Mr. Fluff simply has too much love to give to be without a human companion and home to call his own.

Mr. Fluff’s adoption fee is $125.00 dollars with the following vetting- neutered, up to date rabies shot, wormed and microchip! Adoption fee includes transport.

We are a Georgia based rescue so all of our cats are located in Georgia in loving foster homes. We have our own transport, which takes adopted pets North several times per month. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application. You do not have a chance to meet these pets prior to adopting but fosters can Facetime or video chat.
