My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Featuring the dynamic duo of Ruger (larger white blaze) and Scout! These two bonded brothers just turned two and are looking for an active family! Scout is the more outgoing of this duo and weighs 51 pounds. Ruger is the shy one but just as sweet and weighs 58 pounds. They both love walks (except in the rain), ice cubes, treats of all kinds, nylabones, racing in the yard (again not in the rain), belly rubs and playing with other dogs! Their dislikes include the rain, squeaking toys (Ruger is a problem solver and will remove the squeaker), being startled and loud noises. These puppies are loyal and affectionate. They will keep you company as you move around your house and cook and clean. They are both now crate trained and can walk up and down the stairs. Scout doesn't like small animals like guinea pigs or chinchillas. They have not been around cats or small children but are great with my older children (10 +). While slow to warm up to strangers they are great companions. They enjoy leash walking but need to continue to work on their skills. They know their basic commands including sit and shake. If you are interested in this dynamic duo please fill out an adoption application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is a $50 discount on the adoption for adopting a bonded pair. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.
