Meet this goofy unique fella, Rune. Rune is a 1 year old Pit Bull mix who's ready for his new leash on life. Unfortunately, his previous owners had surrendered him due to him being too big and is looking for a furr-ever family that doesn't mind a 50 pound lap dog. Rune is very sweet, energetic, goofy, and loving. He loves just about any toys! Rune already knows "sit" and "shake" and is very well behaved. We're not sure how he is with other dogs, so we do recommend bringing any dogs that are currently in the home to meet Rune and see how they get along before adopting. He is house trained, but when entering a new home and environment, he will need some time to adjust to his families potty routine and schedule. But with treats involved, he'll give you full attention!! This sweet fella is current on his vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. His new family will need to be aware that he had minor hair loss on his right shoulder and neck from a previous allergy and may need a future treatment for allergies in the future. Come on in and meet this playful fella at the Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook; we're open everyday from 12-6 p.m.
