My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hi, I'm Horatio! I'm a cuddle Buddy. I love human connection and play and touch...I need to get out of this cage and into your home!"

Horatio could not go with his primary human during a marital split. He is at FloridaWild Vet Hospital and in need of a good foster or forever home ASAP. It is his birthday April 1 and we'd love to find that perfect human for him to celebrate.

Horatio is a neutered 7 year-old and by far my most personable kitty. He was rescued from death row as an 8-week old kitten - always indoor. He loves humans - human interaction is very important to him! He gets along well with other cats and dogs but can feel under pressure with the hierarchy system. He has never been around children for extended periods of times, only nephew/nieces visiting but has always done very well with them. He loves to be with you wherever you are in the house and to sleep close to you in bed. He even has a cute little nursing he likes to do on a shirt collar if he's feeling extra lovey with you. He is very playful and likes toys and to be interacted with for play time.
