Here is what Jake's foster mom said about him:

My husband, son and I took in Jake, a 2 year old Brindle Boxer, to foster during this quarantine time. Unfortunately, due to my son's allergies, we were unable to keep him but that one night. I wanted to let anyone who has thought of fostering or adopting a dog-know that Jake is one of the best dogs we have ever had. He has a sweet, kind heart. He is gentle an, loving.
In that little time, Jake could respond to commands "sit", "stay", "give me your paw" and "lay down". When we called for him, he ran right to our side. He did not bark but once-when my husband went to the basement to bring up the kennel and heard the noise of the cage. He became protective but he calmed right down when instructed to do so. He was great with my 13 year old son and 6 year old niece. He loves treats and tug of war with rope toys.
If you would like to share this on your page, please do so. Jake is a GREA DOG! I would love to see him go to a GREAT HOME! If we could figure ou the allergies, we would be back to get him in heartbeat because he stole our hearts! Thank you for the opportunity!
