The Catahoula Leopard Dog is a medium-large, short-coated dog, known for its many varied coat and eye colors and patterns. The word catahoula is of Choctaw origin and is translated to mean “sacred lake.” Catahoulas are the only breed of dog to have historically originated in the state of Louisiana and are affectionate, loyal, and gentle.
Molly is two years old, fixed, and current on all her shots, with no medical issues. She's a great watch dog (will let you know when visitors approach), a champion ball-player, and loves to snuggle. Molly will do best in a home with a lot of activity that she can be in the middle of. She loves hairbrushes (see video,) other dogs, and people, but will chase cats.
