Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Booker is a young, handsome, male German Shepherd who has been fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and housetrained! He was rescued from the streets with a wire tied around his neck and his owner was found... found to not want Booker anymore. So, Booker came into our Foster Program, and has been thriving with all the good care and love he has been receiving. He is now ready to find this exact situation, only on a permanent basis! Booker is thought to be approximately 2 years of age and he weighs just under 90 pounds. He loves playing with toys, and he likes the pool!! He is in a home with no other dogs, but he appears to just want to play when he sees one on walks. Booker has been around children, occasionally, and does fine with them; although because of his size, older children may be best. He is typical of GSD's with his loyalty and protectiveness of his family (barks when strangers come to the door, etc). If you believe you can give this magnificent animal a safe and happy home, please apply today by completing the adoption application you will find near his photos on our website: www.BaytownHumaneSociety.org
