My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

'DAISY' is a 1.5 yr old, 45-50 lb. Border Collie mix female rescued from being surrendered to a high kill dog pound, due to the death of her owner, along with her canine siblings 'Cheech' and 'Chong'. Daisy is very loving and may try to kiss you! (When driving, she sometimes likes to rest her head on your shoulder). Daisy is very sweet when it’s just her otherwise she is an instigator. She is uber smart!! She seems to know some commands. Daisy is a good house dog. She is the only one that barks when they come in, it’s like she’s saying good night. Diaay likes things her way and bosses the boys around in the backyard. We know she gets along wonderfully with male dogs, but has not yet been tested with females.
Daisy has been spayed, de-wormed, micro-chipped, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
