Finley Smalls is a small terrier mix that was born approximately June 2019. He will not do well with cats or small children due to his puppy antics. He needs work on manners, but is eager and willing to learn - he is a very smart young boy. He needs a home that will continue his training and socialize him. He is a very sweet young'un!
