Hi, my name is Dewey. I was brought to FieldHaven because my owners both had dementia and were not able to care for me anymore. Yes, it is a sad situation for me because I was in a loving home one day and the next day I'm no longer in my home and my people are gone. I am a sweet, quiet guy and I love to cuddle in bed. Do you have a bed you can share with me? I am shy around people I don't know but once I get to know you I will be your best cuddle buddy. I am looking for a quiet home with someone that can give me a lot of love, and I will give a lot of love in return.

I didn't do very well at the shelter because it was very noisy and there were a lot of people coming and going so I am in a loving foster home until my new family comes to adopt me. If you think you have the perfect home for me I would love to meet you. I really want to get into my forever home very soon....
