Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Princess is a year old now. I have had her since July of 2019.
She came from a very tough situation. She spent her first months at the animal shelter where they worked so socialize her. She has come a long way. She is very hearing sensitive. Loud noises - garbage truck, kids playing in neighborhood, the ice maker in the freezer dropping ice, are all sounds that still startle her and she barks.
Princess is a sweet dog. It takes quite a bit of time for her to earn trust. I once walked into the room with a towel wrapped around my hair after a shower. She did notrecognize me and ran to her safe place, on my bed,
We are mostly working on tolerance to sounds, basic commands and leash walking. Being patient with her is the key. She loves to cuddle on the couch at night with me. She also likes watching tv, especially if there are animals on the screen!
She is crate trained. Early on she had a few accidents in the house, but that is in the past. She will chase a tennis ball but not returning it yet!
She enjoys free play in the backyard with my two other dogs. She is notespecially cat tolerant. She has nothurt my cats, but enjoys chasing them in my house.
Princess is a very sweet dog, and would make a good pet for someone who is willing to be patient with her and love her unconditionally. She is very smart and loving.
