My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jewel is a sweet girl who has all the loving qualities typically found in the border collie breed; she is affectionate and promises to always be by your side. She absolutely adores everyone she meets and does great with children. Jewel is about 4 years old, does well with resident cats (she will chase cats that wander up to a property) and she does well with most dogs but not all. So far it seems that Jewel prefers dogs she is not intimidated by, she will give a "back off" snap to a dog that is bigger than she is but gets along with them after proper introductions and time. Jewel will chase squirrels and deer so a fenced in yard is a must.
This dog currently resides in Bandera, Tx. , We transport dogs to Washington State usually 2-3 times a month. Please understand that there is additional vetting, health certificates and costs involved with transporting a dog from Texas to Washington and our adoption fee is $300.00 which covers everything from the spay/neuter to the actual transport cost.
*All of our dogs have tested Heart-worm negative and are on a monthly heart worm prevention protocol
