Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Petunia is a 2 year old housebroken Staffordshire terrier mix who is currently going through heart worm treatment. She was saved from a shelter where she was scheduled to be euthanized. She is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed. Petunia is what they call the blue color (dark grey) mixed with white. She absolutely loves everyone she meets on her walks through the neighborhood. She is beyond loyal and would be awesome for a family with kids. She is good with the cats and dogs in her foster home but did need a day to learn that the dogs would not hurt her. She walks nicely on a leash after she understands you are not leaving her.
Petunia is very sweet and just wants to snuggle and be close to her person. She loves treats and hard bones. She is crate trained but doesn't like to be in there if you are in the house. She is potty trained and hasn’t had any accidents in her foster home. She has learned how to sit but needs someone patient to help her to learn other commands. Petunia will be available for adoption once her heart worm treatment is complete. Approved application, home visit, and adoption fee of $225 required.
