My story

We haven’t met yet but you’re gonna love me.

My name is Franklin, and I was surrendered to the shelter in November. My family said they were moving, but really they just didn’t want me. I was so sad when I met these rescue people, but they have given me my smile back and I’m trying to keep it forever!

I’m about 2 years old, and as you can see, I am super duper handsome. My breed mix is anyone’s guess but if you pet me I feel like a Golden Retriever, I just have Shepherd coloring. Who knows!

I just graduated from the PAWS program where I learned all kinda of things. Obedience stuff like sit and shake, but also about trust and kindness. I’m looking for a forever home with people who won’t ever, ever give me up. I’m gonna love them so hard and I don’t want another broken heart.

I’m good with other pups, so a friend would be nice! I can be shy and a little scared of new things but I just need you to show me it’s ok.
