My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ziggy is a sweet, energetic, curious little girl! She LOVES her humans and just wants to be with her favorite people. She’s a great cuddler, and her coat is as soft as mink. All she wants is to burrow under a blanket next to you and snooze, or run around after toys and ropes!

Ziggy is smart as a whip and picks up tricks fast. She needs an experienced adopter, who can spend lots of time both getting her mental/physical exercise and helping her see the world isn’t a scary place!

We believe Ziggy was a breeder, and she finds other dogs (especially male dogs) to be threats. She is strong and hasn’t yet developed a good “break” response, but she has been improving with work. She recently got aggressive with her brother, and we can’t afford to risk either hurting the other. We want to see her safe and happy!

We’re willing to pay for any updated vaccines and other supplies to make her transition as easy as possible. This little girl will be a gem of a companion in the right home!
