Charlie needs a firm owner with a privacy fence. he was never trained as a puppy and is just now learning how to be a respectful adult. hes very loyal and very clingy, but very strong and stubborn also. charlies adoption fee has been lowered in hopes that someone would like to give him an opportunity to adjust in a home
