My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kapri is a partial blind girl that just wants a family of her own. She does well with kids that can understand to move slow and let her smell first (she only sees shadows and movements). Kapri is allergic to grain and poultry/foul and has to be on limited ingredient diet. Kapri bathe our cats like they are pups. We have been told by a foster from a previous rescue that she did well with her little dogs, but we have not seen this. Kapri's eyes are a result from developmental stage. She has cataract like growths on her lenses and calcium deposits around the edges of those lenses. In the 5 years she has been at our rescue this condition hasn't changed but could with age depending on how well mother nature treats her with age. We think we can see a little bit of cataract growth on one eye, but we will have it checked for sure before she goes out. Kapri just wants to cuddle and give kisses. She longs for a place of her own where she can be the center of attention. In her youth she wanted to go out and do things (I walked her through Pet Expo with 600+ people and dogs with just minor touches and corrections). She has been trained extensively in voice commands just in case her eyes got worse, but a lot of them haven't been used in recent year and may need to be brushed up on. Can you give this beauty the home she has longed for?
