Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We were contacted by a woman whose dog had puppies under her house. One of the puppies had a significant eye injury and she asked if we would take that puppy into rescue. Considering what that puppy looked like when we picked her up (it was absolutely horrible), we asked to take not only the puppy with the injured eye, but the rest of the litter, in addition to their mother. We HAD to get them out of that situation. Not only was it a very unsafe environment for them, but the lady refused to feed them. She agreed to let us take all of them. All of the puppies and their mother are safe with us now and we are determined find loving, responsible homes for them. They have been given vaccinations, have been dewormed, have been given flea and heartworm preventative and microchipped. There are 5 female puppies and 1 male puppy. Their names are Hope, Faith, Grace, Charity, Destiny and Titus. We have named their mother Valentina. They are all incredibly sweet. The puppies all look exactly the same, with the exception of Hope, who now has only one eye.
Faith is absolutely adorable. She is estimated at 12 weeks old. Judging by the stature of her mother, we estimate that she will be a medium sized dog, probably around 40 pounds. Their mother looks like a labrador/staffordshire terrier mix. So far, Faith has been loving cuddling up with her foster and she has been very laid back. She likes to play with other puppies but is more on the calm side. She also likes to play with toys. She has been a pretty easy, calm puppy to care for. She is crate trained. Faith's adoption fee is $350; however, we will require an additional $100 deposit which will be refunded to her adopter upon showing us proof of spay when she is old enough (6 months old) to be spayed (spaying is required under our contract). Faith is currently in her foster home in Sheridan, TX.
