Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Otis and "no!" is my favorite game. I love everyone and everything, but I like to woo at it first. Everything is a new friend. I try to act tough, but I'm just a big ol weirdo. I love to run and play and jump and be active. Sometimes, I don't know why, but sometimes things scare me. If I get weird, just tell me it's okay and I'm okay again. My mommy and daddy split up and she didn't want to split up me and my sister, Ruby. But, when she came to get more of her stuff, she saw that daddy's been leaving us in doggy jail for a long time. Both of us tried to tell him we want out of the crates, by ripping up our beds and chewing these plastic things, but he doesn't let us out. Mommy is also worried, because we're losing a lot of weight, cause daddy forgets to feed us sometimes. But, the doggy where mommy moved has epilepsy and we would set off her seizures trying to play, so she can't come get us. Please, please can you give me a home? I just want to run around and play
