My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mikey is a gorgeous pure bred GSD. He is 4 years old and sure is 'a ladies' man'. That is because although he gets along well with all dogs, he prefers to hang out with the females.

Mikey is friendly, very playful, obedient and loves attention and affection. He adores hanging out with the volunteers and nothing makes him happier than getting praised.

Mikey used to be owned by the police force back in Egypt. When together with other police dogs got sick, they were all refused veterinary care or food.
Someone got in touch with the Egyptian rescue begging to help them; when they got there, only Mikey was alive, the other three dogs had perished.
The rescue took him to the vet, and he has been there ever since.

We are looking for an experienced family, that has the knowledge, time and patience to adopt Mikey. Those of you that understand the working dog the breed, know these dogs are very loyal, intelligent, learn fast and are looking for a job. Thus an active family in the suburbs is ideal.

Mikey is a healthy, close to 70 lb. boy, neutered, vaccinated and ready to love and devote his life to someone that will do the same.
