Magpie #5361 is a 1-year-old female Pointer mix. This young lady is a very sweet though shy. She came to us with a litter of pups. They have been weaned and ready to find their forever homes. Mom is ready for some R & R and a forever home. She is keeps to herself when meeting other dogs. She loves a belly rub. She is extremely gentle and walks ok on leash. She would do best with an adopter who will let her mosey around at her on pace. She weighs 24 pounds and is full grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. This pup, like all pups should be on heartworm preventative, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
