My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teensy is an extra special girl looking for an extra special home. She is sweet as can be and loves other kitties and dogs of all sizes. She likes going for walks outside on a harness or just hanging in a window sunbathing and watching birdies. Her personality is just purrfect! And look at her...she's pretty darn cute!! She also has an adorable stubby tail due to having to have the rest amputated because of frostbite when we found her.

She does have some issues though-

1) Although not symptomatic, she keeps testing weak FeLV positive which means she can't be around other kitties.

2) She is a bit of a space cadet with the litter box and will forget where it is if let out to roam a whole house. This can be helped by giving her her own room with a gate at the door. (She can't hop the gate!) She uses her box about 75% of the time and has potty pads on the floor to help with the rest of the time.

3) She is on a special diet and medication to control seizures due to a possible liver shunt. She MUST stay on her meds. She currently eats Purina UR canned and dry. She is on pheno and lactulose.

The first two things are big issues but we are hopeful that someone out there can see past all this and see what a special, loving kitty Teensy is! She is just as deserving of a forever home!
